Welcome to Camp Teachittoomee (Teach it to me).  This is our children’s ministry and we believe that children of all ages should be shown the love of Jesus, taught about our Lord and Savior and should actively worship!  Our Bible Verse is Proverbs 22:6 which instructs us to “Train a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not turn from it”.  Our camp atmosphere gets the children excited, motivated, and energized about learning Bible stories, and what God wants to do in their lives.  We hope you’ll bring your children to camp each and every Sunday morning!

Camp Crawlers

Our Camp Crawler Room is for children from Birth to 24 months.  We are very purposeful about each of our rooms and although this is just for our youngest, we still teach a cirriculum because we feel you are never to young to learn about Jesus and to experience His love through our “Camp Counselors”.  We use Gospel Light’s Baby Beginnings which is a 2 year long program organized by 12 monthly themes and equips leaders, caregivers, and parents with the tools to help little ones take their first steps in learning about God.

Camp Walkers

Our Camp Walker room is for children 24-48 months old and has plenty of activites to help keep them active and engaged in the learning process as they grow physically, and spiritually.  We partner with parents by using Gospel Light’s Preschool program which provides weekly take home activity sheets for the children and for their parents.  Along with the companion Bible Story Bible, it provides an easy way for families to do devotions at home together. 

Camp Climbers

The Camp Climber room is our area for Preschoolers.  This area is for children from 4yrs old to Kindergarden.  We try and provide an energetic, engaging and involving area where kids can work together to develop and grow in their friendships and Bible knowledge.  Each week we use Elevate Jr. curriculum which has games, activities, crafts, songs and videos to keep them interested and excited.  Kids love arriving each week and seeing where the story left off, and where it will take them next week!  Our Elevate Jr. Series runs in 8 week sessions all centering around a main theme or topic. 

Camp Hikers

The Camp Hikers room is for 1st – 5th graders.  Each week they start out in a large group joining together for worship music, a main Bible Story from the Elevate Curriculum, and for activities and fun.  This highly active and energetic time is designed to really captivate this age group while teaching them the timeless truths found in God’s Word.  After large group, the children split into smaller age based groups where they can take more specific looks at what God’s word has to offer and how they can apply it to their lives.
